History of SKATE

Skateboarding is the descendant of his father surfing. Born in the mid 60's as a means of transportation in California, where surfers, conditions for the private practice of their sport, they thought of the idea of setting rueditas to smaller tables. Rapidly grew, integrating a new youth culture that was beginning to enjoy this extreme sport. In 1965, the Skate-dater movie became even more popular skateboard, expanding more and more for the United States. In late 1970 and had spread throughout the world. In 1977, in Long Beach, California, held on the first World Championship of Skateboarding. A few years later, had a decline in its growth, but soon returned to revive and get stronger than ever and with the strength that still endures, with major world figures as Tony Hawk, Chad Muska, and many more ...!
